Quality Control
At A2Y Sourcing, we prioritize product quality above all, making us your ideal import partner in India for reliable and high-standard sourcing solutions.
When you choose our Pro Plan and use our selected suppliers, we will guarantee the quality of your products.
If we find defective products during the product inspection in our warehouse, we will help you replace them for free.
If you find product defects 15 days after you receive the goods and provide evidence of them, we will send a replacement or compensate you.
How We Inspect Your Products
For goods below 500kg, we can ship them to your door via International Courier, which takes 3 – 5 days for most countries and regions.
General Inspection
Under both our Pro and Basic plans, your products are sent to our warehouse for a thorough general inspection. We conduct these checks adhering to Level II, AQL2.5 standards, similar to other professional inspection companies.
For any defective products, if they’re sourced from our selected suppliers, we address the quality issues without additional costs. However, if the products come from your own suppliers, we will assist in negotiating solutions, with logistics and travel expenses borne by you.
For tailored inspection solutions or to achieve a lower defect rate, please consult our agent regarding potential extra fees.
Full Inspection
If you take our Pro plan, we will assure you of very minimum defects. Our meticulous process involves identifying and removing every defective product. If the vendor is yours then our professionals will charge you accordingly. Note: WE VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
